Our policy for digital products, and the exceptions where we'll make it right.

All Sales Are Final

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final once a download link has been issued or course access granted.

Exceptions

If a file is corrupted, missing, or you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we'll resend it or issue a refund at our discretion.
